HOTKEY			Description
CTRL+1(not numpad)	sv_consistency bypass(allows you to use wallhack models, like $ignoreZ.

CTRL+2(not numpad)	sv_cheats enable'client sided'(allows you to use EVERY normal cheat cvar,
just press the HOTKEY after you've been authenticated.
Note: if the map has been changed or youve joined another server,
you have to press the HOTKEY again! 
why? because you couldnt join CVARBLOCK servers!)

ALT+2(not numpad)	sv_cheats client sided disable
(if you get some errors while using this at Cvarblock servers)

CTRL+3(not numpad)	cvarchange(this changes the first part of the most used cheat CVARs,
 like mat_wireframe becomes aaa_wireframe and r_3dsky becomes a_3dsky)

ALT+3(not numpad)	cvarchange disable(this changes the Cvars to their normal form,
 a_3dsky becomes r_3dsky and stuff)

CTRL+numpad1		Noflash(ables you to disable the white **** screen when you've got flashed)

CTRL+numpad2		Noflash disable(re-enables the white **** screen when you've got flashed)

CTRL+numpad4		Radarhack(allows you to see everyone at the radar,even the bomb carrier)

CTRL+numpad5		Radarhack off(disables the radarhack)
